Service Description
Aouh is a mobile Werewolf party game developed by Happy App Studio. The app lets you play Werewolf with friends using your smartphones, no physical cards needed. Game sessions are managed locally or temporarily.
Use of the Application
You agree to use Aouh in compliance with applicable laws and with respect for other users. Any abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate use is prohibited. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Intellectual Property
All content within the application (design, illustrations, sounds, text, code) is the exclusive property of Happy App Studio. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
Advertising
Aouh displays advertisements through Google AdMob. These ads are provided by third parties and may be targeted based on anonymized data. Advertising is an integral part of the free service.
Aouh+ Subscription
Aouh offers a premium Aouh+ subscription that grants access to additional features and removes ads. The subscription is managed through your Apple or Google account and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No refunds will be issued for the current subscription period.
Limitation of Liability
Aouh is provided "as is". Happy App Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In no event shall Happy App Studio be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application.
Changes to Terms
Happy App Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication within the application. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
